How does the installation process work?
Our installation process is very simple and will finish within 100 days after you contact us.

We will respond with more information and a few questions so that we can send you an Initial Property Review (FREE). We will then visit the building to finalize contracts and agreements.
2. SIGN YOUR ROI AGREEMENT (MONEY BACK GUARANTEE)

Once we agree to the features you would like to include, as well the Return on Investment Agreement, we will start the installation. We guarantee that you will earn back 100% of what you invested in under 18 months.
3. INSTALLATION AND ON-BOARDING.

We will install and test all of our systems in under 30 days. We will also on-board all of your tenants and property managers and provide them with all the necessary information to get 100% of the Urban Sky Building
