An Urban Sky Building uses key-less fobs and Bluetooth credentials to generate access data and to protect from duplication of brass keys. Fobs are used for work entrances, amenities, laundry, parking, rent payments, appliances, vending machines, e-wallets and more.

Collections

SEAMLESS PAYMENTS

Residents can pay rent by responding to a text message, walk-up laundry attendant, e-wallet, or whatever way is more convenient so that they never miss a payment. Having our own gateway means they don’t have a fee barrier resulting in ~2% collections increases.

NON-PERFORMING ACCOUNTS

Amenity Service Limitations are linked to on-time rent payments. Our integrated portal identifies non-performing rent accounts and triggers Communication and action steps to collect rent. This fosters clear expectations and higher collection rates.
