How long will it take and will my residents be inconvenienced? 

Installation Time

The installation, will only take 30 days and your residents won't be inconvenience at all, since we don't use heavy equipment or generate noise. Our proprietary technology allow us to just unbox and plug. 

The whole process, since you Contact Us today, until the day our last engineer leaves your building will take 100 days.

How DOES the installation process work?

Installation Process

Our installation process is very simple and will finish within 100 days after you contact us. 

1. CONTACT US.

  • We will respond with more information and a few questions so that we can send you an Initial Property Review (FREE). We will then visit the building to finalize contracts and agreements. 

2. SIGN YOUR ROI AGREEMENT (MONEY BACK GUARANTEE)

  • Once we agree to the features you would like to include, as well the Return on Investment Agreement, we will start the installation. We guarantee that you will earn back 100% of what you invested in under 18 months. 

3. INSTALLATION AND ON-BOARDING.

  • We will install and test all of our systems in under 30 days. We will also on-board all of your tenants and property managers and provide them with all the necessary information to get 100% of the Urban Sky Building

What is my capital Expenditure?

Urban Sky pricing structure is simple, straightforward and gives you significant control at every step. For each building, you choose the bundle configuration you want to offer. Start with our pre-configured bundles and construct the perfect deals for your tenants.  Stick with our 'suggested retail price' or pick your own level.  Add it to the monthly rent bill or invoice the amenities separately.

what financial benefits will come to me from this?

The upside potential is based on which bundles you select, as well as your property portfolio and management approach. Urban SKY provides a 'suggested retail price' (SRP) for the amenity bundles you offer your tenants. You may opt to charge more or less than this benchmark price; your particular building demographics should be factored into your decision.

The new revenue streams are incremental by 'enrolled unit'.  In other words, the more tenants that sign on, the more revenue you generate. 

For example, at our SRP price, with 50 enrolled units you will earn $10,000 per year. At 100 enrolled units, the revenue jumps to $20,000 on an annualized basis.
